Return & Refund

At Hyperbags, we need you to be completely happy together along with your purchase. If for any motive you're not, we've created an easy go-back and refund process. Please review our pointers below.

1. Window Return (Return Period)

  • Customers can request to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on delivery tracking information).
  • The product must be intact, unused, not soiled, damaged, and with original labels and packaging.
  • Products on promotion, special discounts, or purchased under the "final sale" program are not subject to the return/exchange policy.
  • After the 14-day period ends, Hyperbag reserves the right to refuse any return request.
  • All shipping costs for returns (except in cases of Hyperbag's fault, such as wrong delivery or defective products) will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. General Return Requirements

For all returns:

  • The object should be unused, in its unique packaging, and in the same condition as obtained.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) should be supplied.
  • You should provoke the go-back inside 7 days of the transport date.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To provoke a go-back or refund, comply with these steps:

  • Contact Our Support Team:Email us at support@hyperbags.store together with your order number, motive for going back, and any applicable pictures (if the object is broken or incorrect).
  • Wait for Approval: Our group will evaluate your request within 1-2 enterprise days. Once approved, we can offer commands on the way to go back to the object.

  • Refund or Replacement: Once we verify the damage or defect, you may choose to accumulate an opportunity at no greater price or an entire refund collectively with any transport fees.

4.2. Incorrect Item

  • Request a Return: If you got an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us right now with a photograph of the incorrect item.
  • Refund or Replacement: We will install an opportunity or, if there may be a difficulty, an entire refund as quickly as we confirm the difficulty.

4.3. Undelivered Orders

  • Contact Us: If your order has now no longer arrived within the anticipated delivery timeframe, please contact us collectively alongside your order number. We'll inspect it with the transport carrier.
  • Resolution Options: After confirming non-delivery, we are able to provide either an entire refund or an opportunity for installation shipment.

4.4. Order Cancellation
